The renovation & upgrade of 25mtr lap pool for Shire of Harvey works included assessment and staging of works through to final completion handed over on site late March 2023. We worked closely with our sister company to ensure tiling of pool was to the highest of standards.
DESCRIPTION OF WORKS

Working in a ‘live’ environment as the Leisure Pool indoor area to the north of the 25mtr indoor pool was operational, during the course of the works, Paragon constructed and maintained a temporary wall consisting of timber stud framing and sealed plastic, extending over the full width and height of the opening between the Leisure Pool hall and the 25mtr Pool Hall.

Full demolition (In-House) back to existing structure, preparation of shell to applicable standard including crack-stitching of existing concrete shell.

Installation of new tiling system (Metz), including all preparation, supply and installation of adhesives and grouting system as documented.

Preparation, recoating of gutters with Metz 9HB Epoxy Coating and new wetdeck grating (Swimplex).

Equipotential bonding works in accordance with the requirements of AS/NZS 3000 and WA Health Department requirements.
