GINO'S COFFEE SHOP

The City of Fremantle owns and manages the Eavn Davies building which has Ginos Coffee shop as a tenant. The pavement awning steel support works are showing signs of surface rust and require rectification and repainting in original colours. The external walls and doors of Gino’s are also in need of scraping and repainting in original colours.
The works will need to be performed following consultation with Ginos management regarding the timing of the works and any phasing required. It is envisaged that the works will be completed during May 2024 Monday - Thursday
