The renovation & upgrade of the Hydrotherapy Pool at Kenwick School for Programmed Facility Management was fully completed during the School Christmas Holiday period of December 2022. We worked closely with our sister company to ensure tiling of pool was to the highest of standards.
DESCRIPTION OF WORKS

Demolition (In-House) of existing tiled surface and render (plaster) back to concrete structure including minor concrete repairs.

Application of primer & waterproof membrane to all tiled areas including hob prior to install of new render (plaster).

Replace tiles to whole of pool including internal, ramp, entry to ramp and hob of pool as required under AS3979:2006 for Hydrotherapy pools and AS3958 Series including full Epoxy Grout (Mapei) System.

Upgrade of floor returns, wall inlets, depth markers, and skimmer box dress rings and lids.

Polishing of existing Stainless Steel handrails including modifications and equipotential bonding works in accordance with the requirements of AS/NZS 3000 and Department of Education requirements.
