Main Contractor to retile the combined 25m Pool and Leisure Pool after removal of existing surfaces back to structure. FW riser, CJs rebuilt, reseal gutters after sandblasting, correct defects in balance tank including roof, de-rust and recoat.

  • Demolition of Existing Finished Surfaces back to Concrete Structure Including Minor Concrete and Reinforcement Rectification Repairs

  • Replacement of Control Joints with Sika Combiflex System and Neoferma Joints

  • Earthing/Bonding Rectification Works as per Australian Standards

  • Removal of Existing Coatings to Gutters and Balance Tanks (Confined Space Works) and Replacement with Metz Epoxy System

  • Full ‘Tarver Method’ Re-Tile of Combined 25mtr and Leisure Pool with Metz System

  • Removal and Replacement of Approx. 800m2 of Concourse Tiling surrounding the Combined 25mtr and Leisure Pool

  • Mosaic Tiling to Concourse Showers and Planter Boxes surrounding the Combined 25mtr and Leisure Pool

  • Replacement of Gutter Grating in the Combined 25mtr and Leisure Pool with New Swimplex Gutter Grating
