DESCRIPTION OF WORKS

Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) concrete scanning to the Leisure Pool floor and marking-up of the problem areas e.g. drummy concrete, honey combing, delamination below the surface of the pool, reinforcement location, voids under floor.

Schmidt hammer tests to obtain concrete strength and various size concrete cores to be used for chloride and carbonisation levels and for residual life and current deterioration of reinforcement.

Cover meter check and mapping of reinforcement location to pool, walls and gutters.
